The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a 16 year old person for Petit Larceny.The arrest is the result of a complaint where it is alleged that the youth did take property from a business without attempting to pay for the items.The youth was issued an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date and time.
