SF man tries to sneak oxycodone into prison

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Ronald L. Castle, Jr., 45, of 57 Stevenson Street, Apartment 1, Seneca Falls, New York, on a charge of Promoting Prison Contraband in the second degree. The charge stems from an incident where Castle allegedly attempted to conceal a quantity of oxycodone, a schedule II narcotic drug, while entering the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Correction Officers located the narcotic drug during a routine search. Castle was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Romulus Town Court on March 2, 2012 at 10am.
