Baase joined the FLTG family of companies in 2007 as vice president of Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) operations with the responsibility of operating and managing the CLEC and phone companies, including voice, Internet and fiber services.He resides in Victor, N.Y.Jeremy Hotchkiss is serving as senior vice president of operations and finance. He began with the companies in 2005 as director of operations and finance, and he was promoted to vice president of operations and finance in 2008, overseeing engineering, support and operations. Hotchkiss resides in Farmington, N.Y.Paul Nikitas has been promoted to vice president of sales. He joined the FLTG family of companies in 2005 as a senior account manager. In 2010, Nikitas was promoted to director of sales for both VAR and CLEC business lines.
