The Auburn Players are proud to announce open auditions for our spring musical “ANNIE.” Directed by Stephen Gamba, this beloved Broadway musical will take the stage May 3 to May 5, 2012Auditions for girls (grade 2 – 8 only) will be held Monday February 6, Tuesday February 7, and Wednesday February 8 at 6:30 PM at Cayuga Onondaga BOCES campus, 1879 West Genesee Street Rd. Auburn, NYAuditions for all others (grade 9 to adult) will take place Tuesday February 14 and Thursday February 16 also at the BOCES campus.Callbacks will be by invitation only.Auditionees should prepare a song (memorized if possible), a short monologue or reading, and be prepared to do simple movement combinations. Everyone will sing with piano accompaniment and must bring sheet music. Auditionees are asked not to reference the show or sing a song from the show at initial audition. ALL music must be from the musical theater repertoire, and not pop tunes (Disney songs are acceptable and work great for children.)
