Waterloo Police arrested Ronald J. Sullinger, age 44, 111 Virginia St Apt 6, Waterloo, following a domestic disturbance at the residence. Sullinger is accused of pulling on a necklace of a female at the residence, causing the victim pain. Sullinger was charged with Harassment 2nd degree (a Violation) and Criminal Contempt 1st degree (a Class E Felony) for violating an order of protection. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $2000/$4000 bail.
