The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting F.A.I.R. training for bar and winery owners and servers on March 4th 2012 at the Law Enforcement Center in Romulus NY. The training will start at 9:00 am and last till about 11:00 am.F.A.I.R. stands for Fundamental of Alcohol Intoxication Recognition. This presentation, put on by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, is geared toward servers / bartenders. It covers how to recognize an intoxicated person; legal issues servers and bar/winery owners may face and fake Id’s.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office offers this training free of charge and you will receive a certificate of attendance.
