Main St. traffic incident nets 3 arrests in W’loo

Waterloo Police arrested three people following a traffic incident on E. Main St. Police found a idling vehicle parked blocking the westbound driving lane of E. Main St, with two passengers waiting inside the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was located moments later inside a nearby residence.Edward W. Vinton, age 30, of 7104 St. Rt. 14, Sodus Point was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, AggrivatedUnlicensed Operation 3rd, Driving while Registration Suspended, Driving Without Insurance, Consuming Alcohol in a Vehicle, and a parking violation. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and his license was suspended, again. He was ROR’d on all charges with a return court date of 3/7/12.Passenger Marla M. Vinton, age 32, of 7104 St. Rt. 14, Sodus Point was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. She was found in possession of a controlled prescription medication. She was released on an appearance ticket for 2/22/12.Passenger John J. Cuturia, age 22, of Savannah was also ticketed for Consuming Alcohol in a Vehicle.
