The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 19th, 2012 at 6:37 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brain E. MacGill, age 38, of 3942 MacDougal Road, Waterloo, on Miller Road in the Town of Fayette. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, a felony, and Failure to Stay in Designated Lane and is to appear before the Town of Fayette, Justice on February 1st, 2012 to answer the charges.MacGill was involved in a one car motor vehicle accident where MacGill veered off the east side of Miller Road and struck a tree. MacGill was the only occupant in the vehicle. MacGill sustained a leg injury and some cuts and bruises and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. The vehicle was heavily damaged and impounded. Waterloo Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance assisted at the scene.
