The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 19, 2012 Sheriff Deputies arrested Ronald S Woodard, age 40 of 2778 Parish Rd Ovid for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Woodard initiated a verbal argument with a female and was acting violently in the presence of two young children. Woodard was arraigned at the Lodi Town Court where he was ROR’d. Woodard is scheduled to reappear on February 6, 2012. A Class A Order of Protection was issued to the two victims.
