The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Susan M. Panna, 28, of 32 State Street, Geneva, New York, on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree. The charges stem from two separate incidents where Pannaallegedly sold quantities of hydrocodone and oxycodone in the Village of Waterloo. Hydrocodone and Oxycodone are both narcotic drugs and have a high potential for abuse when not taken properly. When Panna was arrested in the Town of Seneca Falls she unlawfully possessed a .380 semi-automatic pistol that she was not licensed to have, which resulted in the weapon charge. Panna was additionally charged by the Waterloo Police Department with Unlicensed Operator and Unlawful Window Tint. Panna was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 secured bond. Panna is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on January 24, 2012 at 9:30am. The Waterloo Police Department assisted in the investigation.
