At the time the defendant was arrested he was in possession of approximately 500 dollars worth of crackcocaine packaged and ready for sale. The defendant further possessed items to include scales and baggies for the packaging and distribution of narcotics. Subject was arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond.
