The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Thomas J. Findley, 30, of 4239 Yost Road, Waterloo, New York, on a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. The charge stems from an incident where Findley was found to be unlawfully possessing 66 oxycodone pills while walking on Whiskey Hill Road in the Town of Junius.Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating a complaint of a male walking in the roadway in dark clothing in the area and located Findley.
