The Waterloo Police Department reports the investigation of a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on East Main Street.As a result of the investigation, Kayla M. Porter, 21 of 1850 Nine Foot Road Waterloo, NY was issued for Following Too Closely, No Seat Belt, and Unlicensed Operator.Porter is to answer the tickets in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date and time.The Waterloo Police Department were assisted at the scene by the Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
