On Sunday morning January 8,2012 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jamie L. Murphy age 35 of 904 Waterloo Geneva Road Waterloo NY 13165. Murphy was charged with false impersonation following a disturbance at a local establishment where he gave Police a false name. Murphy gave the false name to avoid being arrested on warrants out of another Law Enforcement Agency. Murphy was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Justice Mahoney and was committed to SCCF in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail, $2,000.00 insured bond. Murphy is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01-25-12 at 9:00 am to further answer the charge.
