01-06-2012 @ 0237 Hrs – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Steven D. Salyer, 16, Samuel S. Robbins, 17, and Bernard E. Robinson, 17, all residing at 4887 State Route 96a, Romulus NY. a residential facility in the Town of Varick. The three males were each charged with one count of Criminal Mischief 2nd degree and one count of Conspiracy 5th degree. The mischief charge stem from an incident which occurred at a Town of Varick business where the three are accused of allegedly damaging property valued over $1500.00. The conspiracy charge stems from the same incident where the three engaged in alleged criminal conduct with each other that would constitute a felony. All three were arraigned before the Town of Fayette court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2000.00 cash bail or $4000.00 secured bond. They are to appear before the Town of Varick court Jan. 18 2012 for further court action.
