01-05-2012 @ 2040 Hrs – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Abraham Shamah, age 42, and Jeffery S Ball, age 21, both of 4301 Ridge Road, Fayette on arrest warrants for the charges of Making a Punishable False Written Statement, Falsely Reporting an Incident in the 3rd degree and Conspiracy in the 6th degree. The arrests stem from an incident that occurred on December 29, 2011 where it is alleged that Shamah and Ball made a false report to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and also made false written statements. They were both arraigned at the Fayette Town Court wher e they were released on their own recognizance. Shamah and Ball are scheduled to reappear at the Fayette Town Court on February 1, 2012.
