Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Charles E Henry Jr, 28, of 2646 Canoga Rd, for Harassment in the 2nd degree and Unlawful imprisonment in the 2nd degree. The charges stem from an incident where Henry allegedly Harassed and attempted to prevent a Town of Fayette resident from leaving a residence during a domestic dispute. Henry was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500 cash bail, $5,000 secured bond. Henry is to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court on January 4th, 2012, to answer the charges.
