On 12-31-11 at 3:08 am SFPD arrested Joshua T. Reagan age 21 of 98 Mynderse St Seneca Falls, NY for Menacing in the Third Degree, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Reagan is accused of threatening a SFPD officer with a shotgun and then refused to cooperate with officers while being placed under arrest. After being transported back to the Police Station, Reagan continued to be belligerent and out of control and he punched a hole in the Patrol Office wall. Reagan was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court Judge Laird and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000cash/$10,000 bail bond. Reagan is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 11th, 2012 at 0900hrs.
