On 12.20.2011 at 7:40 pm, a robbery with a handgun occurred in the area of 78 North Street, City of Geneva. The suspects forcibly stole property from another by physical means and displayed a handgun. The victim was a delivery driver for Ciccino’s and was not injured in the incident. The suspects took an amount of currency and receipts that the driver possessed. With the assistance of Ontario County Sheriffs road patrol & K-9 unit two subjects were taken into custody and charged with Robbery in the First Degree: Arrested 1: Juan Carlos Ortiz DOB 6.27.1976 Hotel Exchange: 290 Exchange Street # 6 Arrested 2: Ricardo Cruz DOB 5.5.1976 123 Pulteney Street, Geneva Also arrested as a Parole Absconder
