On 12/06/11 at approximately 6:40 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Steven J. Farnsworth age 31, of 10 1/2 South Virginia Street, Waterloo NY 13165 for criminal mischief in the fourth degree, harassment in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from a police investigation of a domestic incident regarding a physical altercation between Farnsworth and another family member while in the presence of children, where personal property was damaged. Farnsworth was arraigned in the Town of Junius Town Court. Farnsworth is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on December 14, 2011 at 10 am.
