Due to a utility construction project at the 200‑block of East Seneca Street, TCAT’s Seneca Street Shelter (Seneca @ Commons stop) will be temporarily relocated beginning Monday, December 19 and continuing tentatively through the end of Tuesday, December 20.The stop for Route 10 will be relocated to the 200-block of North Tioga Street, immediately north of the intersection with Seneca Street. All other routes will stop on the 100‑block of East Seneca Street in front of Starbucks and the Hilton Garden Inn.Signage will be posted to guide passengers to the appropriate waiting areas.
