On 12.13.2011 @ 7:56 PM Seneca Falls Village Police arrested William A. McGrimley, age 58 of 8 Hickory Place Seneca Falls, New York 13148. McGrimley was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test. The charges stem from a civilian complaint about McGrimley’s driving. Arraignment was before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney Seneca Falls Town Court. McGrimley was released to a third party and is scheduled to appear 01.11.2012 @ 11:00 hours to further answer the charges.
