The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Curtis M. Burdick, 53, of 2 Fall Street Apt. 17, Seneca Falls, New York, on two counts of Criminal Diversion of Prescription Medications in the fourth degree. It is alleged that Burdick sold prescription medications on two separate occasions. Burdick was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. Burdick is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on December 28th, 2011 at 9am.
