The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports Deputies arrested David L. Scesny, 23, of 320 E. Main Street Waterloo on the charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from a suspicious person complaint on Main Street in the Village of Waterloo. Scesny was located in the area by Deputies and found to be in possession of marijuana. Scesny was issued an appearance ticket for 12/28/11 @ 9:00am in the Village of Waterloo Court to answer the charges.
