On Saturday December 10,2011 at approximately 5:44 pm Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mark H. Taggerty age 52 of 2463 Co Rd. 139 Ovid NY 14521. Taggerty was charged with driving while intoxicated and operation of a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content greater than .08 %. Charges stem from a traffic stop on Fall Street in Downtown Seneca Falls. Taggerty was released on traffic tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/29/11 at 10:00 am.Sunday morning December 11,2011 at approximately 2:30 am Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua D. Kurdziolek age 22 of 3056 Bayard Street Ext. Seneca Falls NY 13148. Kurdziolek was charged with fail to keep right, felony driving while intoxicated, felony operation of a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content greater than .08 %, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Charges stem from a traffic stop on William Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. Kurdziolek was arraigned in front of Judge Jans-Duffy in Tyre town court and was committed to SCCF in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 ins. bond. Kurdziolek is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/14/11 at 10:00 am to further answer the charges.
