Seneca Falls Police Officers arrested Darrell L. Preston 50 of 225 East Main Street Waterloo for Aggravated DWI – Child in the Vehicle. The Charges Stem from an incident where the Vehicle being driven by Preston became disabled causing the vehicle to drive up onto the sidewalk near the intersection of West Bayard Street and Ovid Street. A ten year old child was in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Darrell was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court
