Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Robert L Wilson, age 47, of 9512 County Rd 137 located in the Town of Lodi, for Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree. The charge stems from an incident where it is alleged Wilson on November 26th 2011 at about 2:04am interfered with a DWI personal injury accident and transporting an unresponsive driver back to his residence and failed to seek medical attention. Wilson was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Lodi Court on January 4th 2012, to answer the charges.
