The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies arrested David J Ingandello, age 23, of 1798 Gilbert Road, Ovid, NY following an investigation in to a domestic dispute that occurred on 11/26/2011 in the Town of Ovid. Deputies charged Ingandello with Criminal Contempt 1st, (E Felony), two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Menacing 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Harassment 2nd. Ingandello was arraigned at the Town of Lodi Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear at the Town of Lodi Court on 12/02/2011 at 10:00am for a Felony hearing.
