The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Emily J. Diamond, 17, no permanent address, on an arrest warrant for escape. The charge stems from an incident where Diamond allegedly escaped from a detention facility in Monroe County in October of 2011. Diamond was taken into custody in the Village of Seneca Falls and was turned over to the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
