Waterloo stop leads to heroin possession charge

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 23rd, 2011 at 11:13 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jessica L Hussey , age 19, of 219 East Main St Waterloo, on Rt 5 in the Town of Waterloo. She was charged with DWAI-drugs and failure to keep right and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Marsh on December 27th, 2011 to answer the charges.Deputies report Hussey was stopped on Rt 5 in the Town of Waterloo and also found to be in possession of a quantity of Heroin. Hussey was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to Jail in Lieu of $500 cash/ $1000 bail bond on the DWAI charge. and $5000 cash / $10,000 bond on the Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree charge and is to reappear in the Village of Waterloo court on 11-29 on the possession charge.
