The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Jessica L. Hussey, 19, of 219 East Main Street, Waterloo, New York, on a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. It is alleged that Hussey was in possession of 26 individually packaged bags of heroin. It is also alleged that Hussey was intending to sell the heroin in the Seneca County area. Hussey was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Hussey is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on November 29th, 2011 at 10:30am.
