The Waterloo Police Department arrested Erik D. Prudhomme age 25 of 3137 Demont Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that Prudhomme sent threatening text messages to Village of Waterloo resident. Prudhomme was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court before Judge Mahoney where he was sent to The Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail of $2,000 secured bond. Prudhomme was scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on December 7, 2011 to answer the charge. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
