Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Investigators arrested Travis M. Summerville, age 22 of 82 Havens Ave, Apt. 3 Auburn, NY on charges of Burglary 2nd, a class C felony and Grand Larceny 4th. a class E felony. The charges stem from Summerville entering a residence in the Town of Tyre and stealing items worth over $1000.00. Summerville was arrested at the Sheriff’s Office in the Town of Romulus. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bail bond. He is due back in Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-22-11 at 9:30 am to answer the charges.
