The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on November 15, 2011 Deputies responded to a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 318 and the entrance to the Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall. A vehicle being driven by Patricia M Smith, age 26 of 12 North Genesee St Geneva was attempting to make a left turn into the Outlet Mall when she failed to yield the right of way to vehicle traveling westbound on State Route 318, being driven by Ashley M Corley, age 23 of 56 Cottage St Auburn. The two vehicles collided and the Corley vehicle did overturn and came to rest on its roof in the middle of the intersection.Passengers in the Smith vehicle include Michael J Jenkins age 14, Javon D Wright age 1, and Tyrian J Whitfield-Smith age 6, all of 12 North Genesee StGeneva. Passengers in the Corley vehicle include Thomas M Sobolewski age 22, Kobey L Sobolewski age 3, and Kallie M Sobolewski age 1, all of 3114 Demont Rd Seneca Falls. All occupants in the Smith vehicle were transported via North Seneca Ambulance to Clifton Springs Hospital for possible head and back injuries. All occupant of the Corley vehicle were transported via North Seneca Ambulance to Auburn Memorial Hospital for possible head and back injuries. All were being treated at the time of this press release. Assisting at the scene was Junius Fire Dept and the New York State Police. Smith was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield right of way at an intersection
