The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Adam T. Stamp, 22 with no permanent address for Violation of Probation and Resisting Arrest.Stamp was stopped while riding a bicycle and when he was informed that there was an Arrest Warrant for the Violation of Probation charge and that he was under arrest, Stamp did run from the officer. Stamp wasapprehended after a short foot pursuit. Stamp was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secure bond. Stamp is to reappear in court on November 30, 2011.
