The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 2107 Bromka Road, Romulus, NY for the report of a barn fire. Upon Deputies arrival, the barn had open flames protruding from the roof. The Romulus Fire Department was first on scene and began to attempt to extinguish the flames. The barn owner, Samuel Kanagy age 42 stated that the barn was estimated in value at $50,000 and that it was insured through Amish fire insurance.
