The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested William E. McLaughlin, age 21 of 7645 Potter Morgan Rd, Interlaken NY, for criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor. Charges stem from a domestic incident where McLaughlin intentionally damaged the cell phone of a female victim. McLaughlin was arraigned in the town of Lodi court and committed to the Seneca county correctional facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail $1,000.00 certified bond and is to re-appear in the town of Ovid court on November 14th at 7pm to answer to the charge.
