The Cayuga County E-911 Center answers all calls for Police / Fire / EMS assistance in Cayuga County. This includes all calls to the Auburn Police Department, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, and the New York State Police. At this time we are experiencing problems with these lines coming into the center. If you need non-emergency police, fire, or medical assistance, please call 911 directly. As always, you should continue to call 911 for emergencies. Verizon is aware of the issue and is currently working on a solution.
