The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested a juvenile from the Town of Varick for Assault in the second degree and class D felony. Charges stem from an incident on November 1st 2011 at a Town of Varick school, where it is alleged that a juvenile stabbed the victim in the nose with a pencil causing physical injury to the victim. The juvenile, whose name is not being release due to her age, is to report to Seneca County Probation at a later date to answer to the charges.
