The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies responded to 2646 Canoga Road, Seneca Falls, NY, for the report of a domestic incident. While investigating the incident, Deputies observed a rifle with a silencer attached owned by Charles E. Henry Jr. age 28 of the above address. Henry was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (D Felony). Henry was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2500/$5000. A felony hearing is scheduled for later in the week.
