10/26/11 @ 1420 hrs – Waterloo Police arrested Bethany L. Uerkvitz, age 36, 82 Virginia St, Waterloo, for petit larceny. Uerkvitz is accused ofstealing medication from another Waterloo resident over the previous 2-3 weeks. She was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and ROR’d. An order of protection was issued for the victim.10/27/11 @ 0730 hrs – Waterloo Police arrested John Soscia Jr, age 82, of 31 Garden St, Seneca Falls, for petit larceny. Soscia is accused of stealing $3 worth of merchandise from LTB’s General Store on 10/26/11. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Village Court.
