The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, that Sheriff Deputies investigated a one car property damage accident on McCarriger Rd. in the Town of Ovid on 10/21/11. Deputies said that a 2000 Ford Ranger operated by Michael C. Mulford,16, of 8783 Lodi Center Rd, Lodi, was northbound on McCarriger Rd. at about 12:51 AM on the 21st when Mulford failed to negotiate a curve and left the west side of the road and entered a ditch. Mulford was uninjured and alone at the time of the crash. Mulford was cited for Failure to keep right, Operating out of Restrictions as Mulford has a class DJ permit only license requiring a licensed parent to be with him after 9 PM and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle accident and is to appear on 12/12/11 at 7pm in the Town of Ovid Court.
