The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 26th, 2011 at 12:44 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Erik J. Sullivan, age 33, of 132 W. William St Bath NY, on St Rt 414 in the Town of Romulus. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, BAC more than .18% and Failure to Keep Right and is to appear before the Town of Romulus, Justice Greule on November 4th, 2011 to answer the charges. Misc.: Deputies state that the charges were the result of a property damage motor vehicle accident investigated on St Rt 414. A 2006 Chevrolt Impala operated by Sullivan was southbound on St Rt 414 when it left the east side of the road and entered the ditch. The vehicle continued out of the ditch and came to rest in a small pond. Sullivan was checked over by South Seneca Ambulance at the scene.
