The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the Narcotics Division has made two more arrests following a search warrant that was executed at 54 Washington Street Apt. 2 in the Village of Waterloo. Frank A. Lagana, 39, and Marybeth Sears, 21, were both charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree, a Class D Felony. It is alleged that Lagana and Sears possessed a quantity of methamphetamine with the intent to sell it when Sheriff’s Deputies executed the search warrant on October 12th, 2011. Lagana and Sears were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and were both remanded back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail/$40,000 secured bond as they are currently incarcerated in the Facility on similar charges. Lagana and Sears will reappear in the Seneca County Court at a later date.
