On 10/22/11 at approximately 9:03 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Andrew S. Planty, age 18, of 35 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court. Planty is accused of not paying a fine as ordered by the court to do so. Arraignment was in Seneca Falls Town Court and Planty was committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond. He is to reappear in court on 10/27/11 at 1000 hrs. to answer the charge.On 10/23/11 at approximately 2:11 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested an 18-year-old male on the charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. A Seneca Falls Police officer observed the 18-year-old male walking with another individual that was holding an open beer bottle while walking down the sidewalk. Police stopped both individuals and upon further investigation, police discovered the 18-year-old to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket on the above charge. He is to appear in court on 10/27/11 at 10:00 a.m. The 18-year-old male’s name is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status.On 10/23/11 at approximately 2:29 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas A. Bartoli, age 26, of 35 Forest Ave, Apt. 1, Albany, NY on the village code violation of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container. Bartoli was observed walking down the sidewalk on W. Bayard Street with a 12 oz. beer bottle in his hand. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/27/11 at 10:00 a.m.On 10/23/11 at approximately 2:32 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dane P. Kronenwetter, age 20, of 2419 Easy Street, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI. Police state they observed a passenger in the vehicle Kronenwetter was operating throw an item out of the window and onto the roadway. The vehicle was stopped on E. Bayard Street and police reported the vehicle to have an inadequate exhaust system. Field sobriety tests were administered to Kronenwetter and he was observed to have failed all field sobriety tests at the scene. He was released on an appearance tickets for all charges and is to appear in court on 10/27/11 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges. Investigation to continue once blood results are back.
