Geneva police arrested Tyshawn Bice and Cindy Bice, both of 17 Universal Ave on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.Tyshawn Bice was held without bail. Cindy Bice was jailed on $25,000 or $50,000 bond. Geneva Police departments drug enforcement unit found them in possession of $800 worth of crack cocaine.A 2001 Chevy Blazer and $3,000 in cash were seized at the time of their arrest. Both are to appear in Geneva City Court on Monday.
