The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies along with the US Marshal Warrant task force from Rochester arrested James Robert Bell age 35 of 4330 Ridge Road Seneca Falls as a Fugitive from Justice. Deputies report that Bell has an active warrant from Marion County Florida, for failing to comply with Sex Offender requirements. Bell allegedly left the state of Florida without proper notification to Florida authorities. Bell was taken into custody without incident; he was arraigned before The Town of Junius Justice Brian Laird, and committed to jail without bail to await County Court action.
