Auburn woman gives wrong name to Sheriffs

Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Renee C Tubbert, 38, of 25 Elizabeth St Auburn NY, for Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree a class A Misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an incident on August 1st 2010 where it is alleged Tubbert used the name and date of birth of a Cayuga County resident other than her own, while on a traffic stop with Sheriff Deputies. Tubbert was released on a appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on November 25th 2011, to answer the charges.
