The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Chad D. Hartman, age 36 of 1870 State Route 414 Waterloo NY on October 16th, 2011 at 1:41am. Hartman was arrested for Menacing in the third degree, a class B Misdemeanor, Endangering the welfare of a child, a class A Misdemeanor, and Attempted Assault in the third degree, a Class B Misdemeanor. Charges stem from a domestic incident where Hartman threw a beer can striking a woman in the head. Hartman also punched the woman in the forehead while she held a 2 year old child. Hartman was arraigned in the Town of Junius court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500 cash $5000 bond. He is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 20th at 9:00am.
