On 10-13-11 at approx 10:20am SFPD arrested Daryl ‘Jordan’ Bryerton, age 19, of 2314 CR 16 Watkins Glen, NY for Rape in the 2nd Degree, a class D felony, Sexual Misconduct and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bryerton is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 13 and 15 year old female during the early morning hours of October 1st, 2011. Bryerton was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by Justice Mahoney and committed to the SCCF in lieu of $10000 cash/$20000 bond. A felony hearing has been scheduled for 10-18-11 at 2:00pm and an order of protection was issued for both victims. SFPD was assisted by the Schuyler County Probation Department.
